Ural owl, in latin: Strix uralensis liturata.
Strix means "owl", uralensis "from Ural", liturata "speckeled, inconspicuous".
Its beak (and the feathers underneath it) shows a bit more orange than usual here (it is pure yellow), as it's slightly stained w/ blood after eating prey.
