Point Roadnight

Anglsea, Victoria.

This strange formation of rocks carved by mother nature stands at the headland a short distance from the town centre.
It is easy to see how this headland protects the main beach from all the force of the Southern Ocean.

Lovely composition. The jagged rocks and the sand are a nice juxtaposition and the opening to the water beyond is a nice touch. Vote.

concur with Dave P about the volcanic appearance...it reminds of the coast of Easter Island, although more dramatic in overall outline...stirring image..

Very unique rock formations along the coast. The texture of the rocks, the clarity and the lighting are wonderful. The rocks appear almost volcanic in nature. Great capture. Voted
