Now you see – I’ve come home from work pretty late (though, it has to be said, a lot less late than might have been the case in my old life), decided that cooking was not on the agenda so we decamped to the pub. I’ve just got home from the aforementioned gusher and needed a photo, so I took two shots. Both shots were, to put it mildly, utterly crap. So I decided that what’s good for the goose is good for the gander and I’d just bung on a crappy photoshop effect to make it look a bit less crap. Hell’s teeth, I may even fool some dimwits that the shot is quite good because of it.

Now, one thing I can say for sure is that I’ve never succumbed to this cheap ploy ever before since I started this, normally you get what you see but for today, this isn’t what I saw when I uploaded the image, it’s a complete fabrication of a badly composed, equally badly lit and poorly exposed photo of some tulips. I’m not entirely sure how I managed to make all of them purple when in fact there are only three purple ones in the bunch. So, terrible out-of-camera shot, dressed up as art…aw, c’mon, don’t tell me you’ve never been tempted?

...oh and if you look at the exif you'll see that I'm such a lightweight that coming home from work at gone 7pm then going to the pub for dinner, I am still home before 9.30pm so it just goes to show how crap I am...
