Being lulled by the sunny weather
this surfer gave it a try out in La Push.
He was paddling out when I got there.
He paddled and paddled and paddled....
He did find a lull in the waves at one
point to get out and got a short ride.
If he had been in a rodeo, he wouldn’t be in the money.
Then he paddled and paddled and paddled.... again,
to try for another ride, but he couldn’t get out.
The waves won, in time, wearing him down.
Still he tried and fought the good fight.
This was him at his best form today as
he proudly walked off the beach.
