Christmas Lights

Garrison Street, Point Loma
About a dozen houses are decorated like this on this street. I heard that when they first started doing this they overloaded the circuits and the power went out.
This caused the city to have San Diego Gas & Electric rewire the street. Maybe an urban legend, maybe not.
