Cambus O' May, Dinnet

A view of the stunning Cambus O' May suspension bridge across the river Dee in Royal Deeside with the stars trailing around the North Star Polaris.

With the full moon behind the shot the entire scene was lit incredibly well and adding deep blue tones in to the night sky.


Below is this same image which I took over 2 years ago on a rather cloudy night with no moon . . .
What a difference a good fast lens and a bit of natural lighting makes in night photography !!
