Drenched

British Columbia

This waterfall is located beside the Trans Canada Highway near Craigellachie,
where the last spike was driven on 07 November 1885 completing the
Canadian Pacific Railway. At that moment Canada was opened to rail traffic
from East to West coasts and the first train ran through here 6 months later.

Close to the highway, the short climb is over large roots and rocks made slippery
by the constant spray from this powerful fall. I managed this single shot before
the filter protecting my lens resisted all attempts to clear it.

Wow. Dreamy capture with that exposure time. I really like how the water pops against the BG. And your comp is spot on.
