Angel is the third feral kitten we have adopted. We came home from voting a few years ago and saw this tiny little kitten on our front door stoop. We couldn’t imagine how this little one had managed to climb the steps. It was a bitter cold rainy November morning and she was so tired, hungry and cold. We brought her in and put her in a small box with warmed towels and fed her some warm replacement milk. She became the newest member of our family. She was an adorable kitty. Popping around like a popcorn kernel in a hot pan and getting into places you would think not possible.

Angel is very independent and aloof, at times. Her favorite place to nap is in front of the fireplace when we have a fire going. She always sits on a bench by the bathtub when I am bathing and after observing them dozens of times, still seems very curious of the bath bubbles. She has tried to walk around the edge of the tub and has taken an unexpected dip in the water when she slipped off the edge of the tub.

Angel is very healthy with a beautiful coat. Her coat markings have a mirror image….duplicated exactly on both sides of her body. She is constantly grooming herself. If I touch her, she will immediately groom the area I touched, as if to say I have messed up her hair. ☺.

I don’t recall her being sick once in all the years we have had her. She does not like having her back leg nails trimmed. She always gives us a glaring scare after we are done. In other words, she does not like being messed with.

I would love to find a adoptive family that could take Angel and one of the other cats. I believe Angel would thrive best if she was with one of her feline family, either Chloe, Joey or Molly.
