These three images should be considered one entry, as they were all made with the same lens, a Samyang 85mm f/1.4.

The first image is a test I set up to show both foreground and background blur. To do this, I set up two flashlights, one 1m away, the other 30m away. The near flashlight had a piece of gaffer tape with a pinhole in it over the front, to make it more point-like and cut the amount of light coming from it. Then, the lens was focused between them until the two lights looked more or less the same. In the image, the far light is on the left, and the near one on the right.

The second image is a real-world sample. In this case, I wanted to retain a little bit of definition in the background, and shot stopped down slightly (probably f/4 or so).

Now, the final image is an attempt to grab all the bonus points. Here's the thing: it shows the Bokeh of a Bottle on a Boulder in a Broken Barrow in my Bokehyard. Aw yeah.
