With its giant polished and rounded black boulders Uttakliev's beach proves an irresistible draw. I found myself having to balance myself rather precariously between three massive boulders with sea swirling between in order to ensure both proximity to the moving surf and a guarantee that the rocks themselves would be wet enough to enhance the gold rim lighting I could see as the last vestiges of the setting sun reflected off the curved edge of the stones. The mix of colours was simply beautiful.
