Swaledales and elephants

Took a walk up to the Elephant trees this morning.
I couldn't open the gate at the top of the hill,
luckily I could step over it due to the five foot drifts

They are a superb series of shots John, but you must be getting rather tired
of all this snow & the extra work it creates for you. v

I think the winter makers turned out the lights and went home...only they forgot to turn the snowmaker off :O)
I guess the sheep are able to step over the walls without effort either!!
Super images John...GMV

They are looking expectantly at you.

Super shot - I reckon they are looking brave because they have the elephants bringing up the rear - so to speak!!

Gorgeous winter scenes. Tough for the farmers and their flocks though. A lot of lambs lost in The Mournes & Antrim.
Sheena Woodhead30-Mar-2013 21:26
What a lot of snow you've still got up there!
Ann...30-Mar-2013 21:15
A really lovely selection of images. Snow always looks so much better in the countryside - no grey slush!

Someone should tell them that it is rude to stare.
You have much more snow than we do, this looks great!
