When daily life is conditioned by all the usual features of elderly age, itís normal, I think, to feel a little down, every now and then, when we realize that our body doesnít respond to our wishes in a perfectly efficient way.
I donít feel I have changed that much in my mind, so I confess itís a little difficult for me to remember at any time that Iím 91 years old. Then I realize that I cannot do all what I used to do only a few years ago and I find that frustrating, I feel all the pains of my old bones even deeperÖ
Then there are still good days. A change in my medicaments which really brings me some improvement, a pleasant visit, a new hair-cutÖ Little things, which all together are so important and can make me feel infinitely more positive.
I have had a long and very lucky life.
