Skógafoss Rainbows

Skogar, Iceland

Arrived at Skogafoss Waterfall on a beautiful sunny winters day
The bright sunshine threw up rainbows through the waterfall spray to great effect
A bit of fortune with the lady in the red jacket giving the location a sense of scale
Skógafoss is one of the biggest waterfalls in Iceland with a width of 25 metres (82 feet) and a drop of 60 m (200 ft)

A fabulous waterfall! The small person gives an excellent scale to the enormity of the waterfall! V

You are right the red jacket sets the scale perfectly. I like the long exposure on the falls.

Super capture. I'd also do a version with the photographer cloned out of the image for a more pristine setting. Still, having them in here adds to the scale / perspective.
