Bride at Crossing

Charleston SC

Just walking a street or two, and found a bride, a mother, and a photographer.
They were super friendly folks, and a little in awe of the Rolleiflex, I think.
A film camera, shooting B&W !!. (I'm sure they were thinking I had to be back
inside the museum before closing time, LOL). I had to shoot this first one from
the hip, as it were. Although I made two more exposures, contre-jour, the car
was already waiting for her. Too bad.

Second exposure ...

So lovely, like a scene from a classic film of the 50's. V

Excellent composition and tones, Colin! I use the same scanner for film work.
