Cathedral Cove Pillar

Side shot of the tower of rock standing in the Cathedral Cove Bay area.

Looking at the Pillar from the cove it looked very thick, but this shot reveals it is actually fairly thin and is being quickly eroded from it's seaward side.

I liked the shape of the surf in this image which complimented the shape of sandstone pillar.

Great image : the wave seems to be the distorted reflection of the pillar. V.
