This is a view of Taughannock Falls near Ithaca, NY from the overlook. It's a 215 foot drop (~ 65 meters) and the gorge itself is about 400 feet high (~ 122 meters). I spent a few hours here yesterday with a local photogroup. The weather couldn't have been better considering today, Sunday, is the start of some deep freeze days.
