Those who've used Capodichino in the past might care to note that both the Alibus and the
airport itself have seen several changes during 2011 and 2012 - not least the opening of
the new Departures area at T1, which has greatly improved things!

Last Spring the latter part of that bus route - between the station and port - was revised,
dropping the old stop up near the San Carlo opera house, in favour of two new locations...
one that's handy for the ferry quay and the other for cruise ships and the hydrofoils.

Later, with the changed traffic flows to and from the new car park at Terminal 1, the
airport's two Alibus stops were combined - and today there's just one, situated immediately
outside "Departures".
