I cross the road via an actual pedestrian crossing with traffic lights and everything. I look back toward
the line of shops and services that is Faulconbridge Village. It looks tidy enough but the businesses
are too close to the much larger settlement at Springwood. Much of the local custom would tend
to shop there. The ever climbing nature of the journey west looks apparent here.
