So what did I think...1. Exposure-lightyears ahead of the color metering in the D40
or the D2Hs. This was perfect out of the camera 2. The 103 Mbyte (!) file was a joy
to work with...not much to do PP-wise 3. ISO 800 looks like ISO 50 despite the
itty bitty pixels! absolutely amazing...a remarkable camera. I also tried the D600
with the SD card from my D40 but for some reason I couldn't use the images...not as
impressive as the D800 but very very nice nonetheless.

There is some moire...which I never get as a film shooter! :-)
