A Beaver's Life

Taylor Creek, South Lake Tahoe, CA

Got this shot last Friday at Taylor Creek, Lake Tahoe. This image was taken just after sunset in very low light. I had to shoot at a very high ISO and a shutter speed much slower than I would like.

I think the image looks good and I think some of best images are the ones that tell the story yet may have some technical flaw with it. I also find that just being there is more often more enjoyable than if I come home with any shot. Have fun down there and we do expect images. :-)

A hard creature to capture. Despite the low light it is a great catch. Nicely done.
