The display at Edge of the Cedars includes rare textile objects as well. The great talent and ability of the puebloans is really brought home through these objects. There are pouches and fine sandals and footwear. Even more impressive are the turkey feather capes that must have taken many hours to construct. Most impressive of all is the macaw feather sash. It is a unique object that people from around the world come to see. Here it is humbly displayed in Blanding. That it survived, was found and preserved is miraculous.
