I was feeling a bit under the weather today, with minor sniffles and a sore throat, so I didn't feel like going out and about in search of photos.
Instead, I decided to make some bread, having bought organic flour and buttermilk during the week.
It's buttermilk and bread soda which give Irish bread its distinctive flavour.
