Leopard at kill - sensing approaching Hyena (1332)

Near Crocodile Bridge Rest Camp, Kruger National Park

In the end it came to nothing - "0" for effort - the leopard abandoned its kill a couple of minutes after this picture was taken when a Hyena appeared - the Hyena had a 'free breakfast' and the leopard had to try again...
