Wood Duck With Fish?

It looks to me like this Wood Duck has a small fish in its beak.
But I can't be positive. What do you think?
Wood Ducks are so unusual and colorful!

These wood ducks have such unusual eye color and I see there is some matching color in it's beak too. Beautiful speciman of a duck!
