- Only 98K actual miles, like new inside and out, targa top, iPod MP3 audio, alarm with two key fobs, Si option package including VTEC SOHC 1.6 liter engine, ice cold A/C, cruise, fog lights, power side windows, power rear window, plush carpet floor mats with embroidered "Del Sol", plush trunk carpet floor mat with embroidered "Del Sol", polished aluminum rims (not painted or powder coated), Michelin tires, meticulously maintained (timing belt, battery, R134 AC, clutch, etc). The entire car from its drive-train to the exterior to the interior are all completely stock except a few subtle and tasteful modifications that most everyone would appreciate i.e. the steering wheel cover, stick-shift boot, parking brake boot, door handle wraps, a center console armrest cover all made of British black leather with red stitching, and a metal parking brake handle and metal stick shift knob with red gear pattern. I'll also include a high quality custom fit black bra with red stitching to protect the hood. If you'd like I could easily remove the authentic Porsche 911 "Targa" badges on the targa pillars. I could also remove the subtle after-market rear lip spoiler which I ordered custom painted the exact color of the car - Modena Red. I installed folding two cup holders because the center console cup holders are positioned by the occupants' elbows. I also covered the fog light lenses with professional grade yellow film designed to give the retro look of fluted amber fog lights for two reasons: one, because amber seems to be more effective when driving in Monterey's fog and two, because oncoming cars often mistake the Del Sol's white fog lights for high beam because they are positioned beside the headlights. However the yellow film is easily removable if the buyer so chooses.
- Audio system: outstanding after market Sony Model CDX-GT820IP with a fully-functional iPod interface that displays the MP3 song data i.e. artist, genre, album, song title, etc (unlike cheaper iPod cables that can't display MP3 data). The professional installation of the audio system allows the factory stock folding cover to hide the existence of the audio system thus discouraging theft. The system includes a remote controller that I expediently attached to the steering wheel. This Del Sol also has a professionally installed alarm system with two key fobs (useful technology we take for granted in 2012 but didn't exist back in 1994). Other useful technology I'll include: a Garmin Nuvi navigation system.
- Price is firm at $6,000. If no one is interested after a couple weeks, then I'll resort to that online auction site that starts with "e" and ends with "Bay".
