Oh dear, the trials of making a photo in the pitch dark on a beach facing into a gale.

With little visible through the viewfinder the option was to point at a flashing light and hold open the shutter. :0(

Sea spray on the lens blurs the light and the long exposure blurs the surf. The gale caused some movement and the noise from the long exposure makes it very grainy.

Apart from that it’s fine :0)
