M8

West Lorne, ON

My best efforts to date with M8. M20 glows beside it and at the top is M17. The Great Sagittarius Star Cloud is just below. This area is near the galactic centre of our Milky Way Galaxy. The small bright red stars are probably carbon stars which glow this way. The masses of young blue stars, along with the yellow class M type like our own sun of various sizes.
