Can you look up a bridge's skirt?

I certainly tried while in San Francisco.

I've been participating in Project 365 for my photographs, just not on PBase..but decided to restart it over here.

So here's day... I think 80 something, I'll have to add up all the other photos so I don't lose count lol.

Thank you! It's not actually an effect...well, it's a naturally created effect. It was super foggy that day, and the fog made the bridge seem to disappear.
