Finns love sauna, it can be visited any time, every day or once a week, very often at the week-end. The temperature may vary for instance
between 60 and 100 grades Celsius,the sauna hat is used by some persons like me to prevent migraine after sauna!
The scoop is needed for throwing water on the sauna oven which adds both heat and air humidity. The bath whisk is usually made of birch branches,
