I really love this. can i ask you do you use a tripod, monopod or just hand hold. I picked up this lens today in the shop and was surprised it was not real heavy and seems nicely balanced. it is also extremely reasonable in price at the moment because of our aussie dollar . you seem to be taking really lovely bird shots at some distance
