Wow, love this place. A photographer's dream.

Thank you all for your interest. Goldfield is an interesting place and I am always drawn back. It is part history and part honky-tonk. Someone has been restoring it, but lots of old relics are just lying around. They have a train, and horse rides and a mine tour to generate revenue and there are places to buy coffee, lunch, and hand-crafted items. On the weekends in the winter, they have a gun-fight re-enactment for the amusement of visitors. A lot of the buildings are original ghost town relics.

Photographically intense, Cindy. Much to view and assess.
I am fascinated by these old places, as you know.
Are there many old artefacts, or are they stripped?
Looks like someone maintains this area, unlike some of the areas in Northern Nevada..

This is beautiful Cindy, so much to look at in this shot.

A great place and your shot engenders the reaction "I hope to go in and see more"!

This is so typical Arizona dessert. Wish I was there. I love that
weathered building that is built like a parallelogram. Looks like you
are enjoying your stay there.

This looks like a very interesting place to visit, Cindy.
ls it being preserved now as a museum ?
Some of the buildings don't look exactly vertical any longer. A fascinating photograph
