28th - In Training

Cheltenham, Glos.

Well it's almost Hogmanay, time to get in a bit of right arm practice for Friday night...if I keep to a steady but rigorous training regime, I might just make it :o)

It is heartening to see you are pressing on with your training no matter what obstacles. Love the point of view and gorgeous colors and light. Remember "moderation in everything, including moderation" :)

Just needs a bit of lemonade and an umbrella;-) Only joking, the only company it likes is its own and yours. Cheers, have one for me

you can almost smell the peat emanating from this sumptuously portrayed golden elixir...good health to you sir...and a Happy Hogmanay...with a few drams like this may you have, as Boris says, a 'good slide' (guten rutsch) into the new year...V

The perfect tilted angle for a man practising his liquor drinking skill.

A big Prosit to you Doug. :)

Unless you fall over trying to perfect your style! :) Cool shot of it. Enjoy!

Stick with the punishing training schedule - no pain no gain! After all it will be New Years resolutions soon. I find setting achievable goals is the key to success - a few years back mine was to have a bacon roll every day, I stuck to it pretty well - unfortunately it shows!

Practice makes perfect! (I've got tonnes of the stuff, far more than I could ever hope to drink!)

Have a great new year drink, but not to much of it, nicely taken.
