Aboyne Loch - The sun breaks over the horizon

On the way to work only about a mile down the road I had to pull over. The sun had just broken over the horizon behind me. The reeds are fast taking over, almost separating this part of the loch.

Lovely comp Chris ... the morning mist adds a little atmospher to the image ... the hint of purple on the reeds adds a nice splash of colour
