Our waitress for the traditional Kyo-Kaiseki 京懐石 style dinner banquet at the Ryotel Ohmi no Kuni 料亭近江の国 restaurant at the Ryotei Koyo 旅亭紅葉.
Each of us had two hot pots cooking at our tables.
