In my Hand

and photographed with my other hand

To make a long story short, it was a juggling act with the Mark III and my HEAVY 150mm Macro lens. This Red Admiral had somehow gotten into my house. While I was releasing him back out into the wild, I walked past my camera. That's when the light bulb in my head turned on.

Thus, this image. Lighting is natural light from a window.
