My paternal grandmother was a dressmaker and she loved to make new dresses for me when I was a young girl.
She wanted to make my wedding dress when time comes, but she died when I was 17.

A wonderful keepsake. This brings up memories of my grandmother too. She used to have a drawer of stuff like this and boxes and boxes of sequins and beads. I'd spend hours getting them all lined up just perfectly for her. Was a great memory. This really hit home with me! V
