This memory is one of Bill's that he conveyed to me. Back in the 1960's, the Wampler ranch that he worked for, found an old road grader that had been in the family since the turn of the century. Bill cut a road through the ranch using a grader similar to this one, pulled by the ranch tractor. He said that it worked well to grade the roads, even after all those years.
