When the moon is half full, a favorite target for observers is the Straight Wall, also called Rupes Recta. It's about 70 miles along, and really isn't a wall at all, but a moderate slope with a grade of about 7 degrees. Photographed with a Questar 3.5 Duplex and an Imaging Source DMK AF3103 firewire camera from a Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin back yard.
