WOOD II

I have to post a new "WOOD" picture to be clearer from the previous one which was not well reading.

This old traditional Sculpture "Tree of Life" represents the Humanity from its origins.

You know that archeological researches demonstrated that humanity was born in Africa
and in the region around Tanzania. So they make this wooden sculpture with each step of our evolution.
This art is produced by the Makonde people of southern Tanzania,
and their material of choice is African blackwood, or mpingo.
And this time I placed it in a olivetree dish.
