This eagle is in the High Desert Museum just south of Bend, OR. There were 2 bald eagles, a golden eagle, a horned owl, a prarie hawk, a porcupine and other injured, rescued animals. All of them are well cared for. The bald eagles were both shot and had permanent damage to their wings. Any creatures that can be released back into their environments are set free.
