It's all about scale!

I know I might be over doing the scale issue but two figures on the ridge puts things into perspective. For about 1/2 hour clouds clung around the summit.

This is a stunner with mood and grandeur and strong composition. It IS Lochnagar in winter under snow. The two figures on the skyline - in just the right place - complete the image.

It's a stunning image and as you say puts things into perspective. I went to a foto show the other nite where they were showing the best from the North West Photogs, a similar shot to this won the Gold Medal i recall. john. + V
