This has been what I would call, a good winter. Not too much snow, but snow all the time, just enough to keep it white. They opened the toboggan runs at Chestnut Ridge Park this year after, I guess, insurance considerations had kept them closed for years. Anyone who has grown up in Western New York has memories of the times you , friends and family enjoyed the thrill of shooting down the toboggan chutes at Chestnut Ride.
