FWD/REV wiring for biphase motor. Black, white and green wires go to line plug. Black to hot (narrow blade), white to neutral (wider blade), green to earth/ground (roundish pin). Red, blue, green and black wire bundle goes to motor/capacitor (connects between blue and red wires). Switch toggle has 3 positions ON-blue, Off and On-red
