It was bleak and raining when I took this but it shows the extreme high level of the River. The ships are in the River and the rest is overflow up to the Spillway structure.
Usually, people are playing in this area or fishing in the borrow pits.
The River is seeping through the locks of the structure causing road closure of the route between Montz and Norco.
