Dick cooked & served up this meal to a small group of visitors last night
I realise now that the beans and gravy hadn't been added to the plate before
I took the photo for the Challenge. He roasted beef and pork (with crackling)
in the Weber Kettle and the vegetables were done in the oven - I made the au gratin.
