Pickled Cucumbers Soup

It is a traditional Polish soup (Polish: zupa ogórkowa), my favourite soup. It is made out of sour, salted cucumbers and potatoes.

Sounds good! One of my favorites is a salad of lemon cucumbers and tomatoes in a light vinegar dressing.
