A steamy hot pot breaths silently in the dusk Nordic night, alongside the Geysir in Reykholt. Here seen around midnight, at 00:35 AM.
Strange colors occur as minerals are brought to the surface with vapor and boiling water. Also note the lush purple bloom in the background,
obviously thriving on the partially sulphurous and hot ground. But you'd better walk carefully here! The crust is thin and brittle,
and falling through will most probably cause severe burns :( As a safety rule, you should tread where there are some vegetation,
as plants will normally grow on less warm ground, indicating a thicker crust.
