Pinky's Cafe
One of Sue's interests is making bead jewelry, so we stopped in at the Bonnifide Designs Gallery in Livingston. Bonnie, the co-owner, said we really had to meet Pinky, proprietor of the cafe next door. Sadly, the cafe was just closing up for the afternoon - but we knocked on the door and out came this jovial couple, Pinky and misses who talked to us for a spell about life in Livingston, etc. including the music scene ( Pinky is a keyboard player in a C&W band ). They had to continue cleaning up, but invited us to come by the next morning for their breakfast specialty, Huevos Rancheros. We had made other plans for the next day and so we have yet another reason to return to MT !
