The Manukau Highland Park Library located just a block away from Ballater Place. Membership is free to all. Just present a valid identification and address. I usually go to this place in the morning to read the local newspaper. Internet is available for use at 1-hour period and books can be borrowed for a month. Once registered in any Manukau library, service can also be availed at the 13 other libraries in the area.
