Beach Ball Elgol

Elgol, Skye, Scotland.

The sky flushed pink at the stony beach near Elgol. I opted to extend the exposure time by a few seconds to lose some of the chaotic choppy appearance of the water between the Cuillin and the foreshore. The spherical rock once again providing a wonderful textured contrast to the angular rocks nearby.

The round rock has a lot more presense here; it was kind of lost in the other shot. Also I like the stronger sense of layers near to far.
